Flexible Time. Good Learning place.

Cons

Bond for 2 years with very very less salary. Very high price to pay incase of bond breaking. No hikes. Office on 3rd Saturday in name of personal learning but need to sit on client work only.

* Good managers who guide us and motivate. * Working environment will be very friendly & strong team who supports and helps at any time. * Good training is given & a lot of scope to learn different areas of salesforce. * Conducts employee engagement activities and posts the achievements on the intranet especially in the pandemic which relaxes our mind.

Cons

* 3rd Saturday is working day though we spend all the time attending knowledge-sharing sessions from different colleagues. * End to End implementation needs to be done by the developer but this also an advantage for fresher to learn business skills, designing, client communication, and documentation.
