1. Strictly from engineering team pov, they make a plan and never stick to it and are somehow proud of it 2. When nothing goes as per plan, they expect people to work over the weekend and even postpone personal plans 3. There was no sales team as such. They are wholly dependent on partners for getting new clients 4. Partner company is completely unreliable in achieving anything as per plan 5. All the extra load comes on employees due to point#4 6. Remote employees are neglected greatly, all events and celebrations are only for employees in their office
