      Pros

      It’s laid back, not micro managed, however it’s very sink or swim. If you understand what you’re doing and can keep up great, if not, you’re in trouble.

      Cons

      Leads do not care about their team. If one person is struggling they do not intervene to help or re-train. They will literally watch you drown in work as it piles and not lift a finger. Also, it’s very favorable. Good luck getting a day off even if you request it way in advance, if you’re not part of the “inner” circle you’re SOUL.
