Foundationally Superior Experience in my Career
Pros
Diagram has thoughtful leadership that is not afraid to adapt and change for the betterment of the company, clients and it’s people. Ethical, considerate, and trustworthy with a commitment to growth and quality work. Diagram cares about you as a person, your career growth, work-life balance and about the types of clients/work they take on. Diagram hold high, yet obtainable, standards for who works here which means that you get to learn from some of the most talented, intelligent, and empathetic people. Great pay and benefits (profit sharing, unlimited PTO where you are actually encouraged to take PTO). Working at Diagram has helped me to accelerate my career and I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I have had. When I talk to my friends about Diagram as a company there are often assumptions made about how poorly companies can treat their employees. Things like sexism, favoritism, crazy stressful deadlines, poorly defined expectations, wishy-washy leadership, micromanaging, etc. Diagram doesn’t have any of these all-too-common problems. Such a breath of fresh air. They are truly doing it right! Lastly, for the comment about ‘If you have one bad week, they'll let you go.’ Absolutely not true. It’s so untrue its laughable.
Cons
None, genuinely. Whenever feedback is given to improve it is always taken seriously and the company is continually changing and adapting to make this a place you would want to work, which means that any cons that could be listed would be irrelevant quickly.
