Pros
Manager is flexible if you go to school or need time off without worrying if you’re going to lose your job as long as it’s for a good reason. It’s a laid back environment. You can wear sweats to work.
Cons
The president hovers over you and doesn’t allow you to do your job. No room for advancement.

Pros
None. The only pros are for the three people allowed to work from home. The President locks himself in a fetal position in his office all day afraid to meet with accounts. That’s why it was so easy for other car companies to steal your accounts. Plus his assistant has a chromosome missing.
Cons
They are a dinosaur in this day and age. Money is scarce. Living off SBA loans. Suing and being sued in all directions. They probably won’t have any job listings anymore. We are all just waiting for the doors to close. Which will be an exciting event.
