Pros
Very experienced people, very professional company in a positive sense, cares a lot for employees well-being and above all: a very loyal and happy customer base. Interesting and exciting also: despite having been in the market for a really long time one can feel almost a start up attitude in the company, an excitement to build great new things.
Cons
None so far and don't expect to find any.

The people are very friendly. The company is indeed diving into new spaces and exploring new technologies. Overall I like working there.
Cons
The compensation is much lesser than the industry standard for similar technologies and roles.
