Supervisors have no degree or prior experience. Really don’t think owners know what really is going on and why they think they can’t keep employees.... hmmm look into your supervisors

Poor supervisor and manager they have favorites and the supervisor doesn't care about anyone with problems. She doesn't like confrontation.

Pros

Good place to work with potential for growth. Large company with 40 plus years in business for long-term stability. Benefits are good with paid vacation and sick time.

Cons

Human Resource Department tends to run the business as if it were a high school and has more "control" over the company than do the owners. Supervisors play favorites so if you are not well liked by another staff member you will not last long. High turnover rate due to overtime and getting stuck at work unable to leave at scheduled quit time.
