Very few pros. Buildings are nice

Cons

Health insurance is just ok, pay is ok but they increase expectations with OUT compensation. Management and employees in Virgia just do not appear to be the best. They know NOTHING about Texas market but act like they do.

A few quality managers, good salary, very much enjoyed working with the patients and trying to help them through difficult times.

Cons

Unethical business practices, poor benefits, poor PTO, poor oversight of out-of-state facilities, constant upheaval, no concern for staff and addressing issues as they arise.

Cons

Horrible place to work! Nurses were bitten, backbiting & lazy. So much redundant paperwork that nurses routinely falsified assessments when that hadn't even spoken to their patients. Had 2 patients died in restraints because they were not properly monitored. Both cases within a 2 week period!!! Do not even apply unless you are a lazy, unmotivated, vindictive, morbidly obese nurse!!
