Change can be hard, but change is also necessary in order for a company to grow and meet the evolving needs of clients. We believe our client first approach and long-term focus are keys to our continued success.

With respect to turnover, you’re right. Turnover has been higher than usual recently. We have a long history of significantly lower turnover than the industry average, so turnover can seem unsettling. That said, some attrition is necessary for a healthy business.
If you have been with the company for a long time, you know that succession planning is a critical aspect of our fiduciary responsibility and that we regularly and proactively communicate our plans, with the long-term interests of our clients in mind.
