I had yo get away from all the toxicity

Pros

Even when there were things I didn't like about this job, I could honestly say that I enjoyed all the perks nonetheless.

Cons

I quit working here because I needed to get away from all the toxicity. As time passed by, I was slowly losing my self-respect because of how I was treated here - rather, how everyone was treated by the management. It was all toxic and there's no respect for people not in position.

Pros

Happy hours, free group workouts, travel

Cons

This place is TOXIC. Owner and Account Executive's love to pitch Diamond as a professional group of women empowering each other - that could not be further from the truth. Owner plays favorites, disparages her employees for all to hear and constantly gossips about the women who work for her. Most employees are just as catty. There is no loyalty here. Unless you're high up in the company - you won't make a living wage here either. The perks aren't worth it in the end. Hands down, working with Diamond has been the most degrading work experience I have ever had. If you have an ounce of self respect, stay away from this joke of an agency.

Please do take your own advice and run. No one should stay at company that is toxic with a horrible owner that degrades you and barely pays you a living wage...and is a joke. Wow. Surprised you've stayed so long and not resigned. That seems odd. We have high standards when it comes to hiring, so we have no doubt you'd be able to find other employment easily. Please tender your resignation and find a spot more suitable to the environment you are looking for so you can thrive. Although, the common thread with these post are team members that are being asked to be accountable based on their position and salary. When you aren't doing the job you were hired to do, we have no choice but to inform you and let you know you need to be held responsible. That approach always tenders a post like this, but that's understandable. Easier to put the blame on someone else. Please don't stay another minute longer. Life is too short. Wishing you the best.

Pros

There were incentives and qauarterly bonuses. Owner was friendly, and some management individuals were actually nice people and great to work with.

Cons

Workout was too large and brutal. You will like a slave, you will feel terrible, and you will burned out. Low pay. Incentives and perks were nice but didn't make up for the never-ending high abundance of work, stress, and extreme pressure. Benefits were below average. No 401k match. Lots of favortism and office politics.
