Pros
Good company, steady work year-round; not a bad company to work for, given the limited local options.
Cons
Could have some favoritism with some employees, but is mostly fair as long as you do your job. Management could be better at assisting.

Working on rehab hall is much better than other halls. Less patients to take care of so I actually had the time to take care of them all fully and properly
Cons
Amount of patients per cna. Often was behind because of that. Also many workers aren’t willing to help when a patient is a 2 person assist or hoyer. I had times where as soon as I started talking a coworker would walk away from me completely ignoring me
