different work ethic for different ethnicity

Pros

* - different level of work ethic depending upon how close you are to management. for example - come to office at 12 with a hangover , leave for smoke / juice / gossip break with your buddies at 1245 , take a lunch break at 2 and get drunk again & then go home to work from home. next day dont come at all - work from home , take care of your part time job and business while taking full time salary and benefits from the company . few others - just gossip the day away and then stay back after work hours to demonstrate how hard they work. **on the other hand if you are non asian & hourly employee you are expected to be a obey the orders & kneel to the CEO and others of the tribe . you are living from one paycheck to another and will be thrown out without any reason or notice. ***for anyone seeking a job or newly joined - ' don't rock the boat, don't question the antics of management or those who are close to management, don't question why or offer an opinion or suggestion' - stay low, keep your head down and do your work and keep working on plan B . ***** you don't know when this company will wrap up operations and decide to move.

Cons

*backstabbing even among top management. **lack of trust between employees and management. employees are considered disposable. ***lack of sense of ownership in non asian employees - which is not employee's fault but due to poor management, racism etc at the top. *****at least one of the top executives privately mentioned that the company only wants asians to work - it gives them a sense of control . ******all this talk about diversity and employee satisfaction surveys are for sake of it & just to scratch each other's back.

Pros

employment as long as you are obeying orders & are cultural fit for an asian company. get a couple of years here under your belt if you are fresh graduate & attain the ability to identify what poor , arrogant leadership looks like. that ways you don't work for one in your next career. for experienced executives - read the negative remarks carefully - most of them are true reflections. this company and leadership has no strategic thinking or direction. it's all trial and error - don't leave your company if you are employed even if you get more money here. ask for at least 3-5 year contract depending on the sort of mess you are taking over within the organization. otherwise you will be thrown out as soon as you have served your purpose or sooner if the trial and error period ends. backed by boutique investors - possibility to be merged with a competitor soon if get the right buyers.

Cons

if there is one word that describes the leadership style - it shall be ' Narcissism ' & those who know this personality type can easily identify the traits in personal and professional manners & know what to expect. evaluating the management of the company on established most critical KPI's. i hope this gives a new comer insights into what to expect ; - ability to grow & lead people = zero. (only knows how to fire people in order to create chaos & keep themselves important. talks poorly about employees behind their backs & spread rumors instead of offering constructive feedback and support.) - empower teams = zero ( actually expect people to empower the leadership and make them look successful in the eyes of shareholders. constant negative and unproductive comments in meetings and emails. overall a destructive mindset). - express interest in team members success and well-being : zero : ( as i mentioned narcissism is the word to describe the leadership. the leadership actually takes pride is ensuring the failures of team member by not providing resources and support & only knows how to point fingers.) - productive = zero ( a lot of MBA talk. no real results. giving contracts to 3rd party / brokers for kickbacks? surely unethical and perfect example of occupational fraud.) - clear vision/ strategy ? = zero ( actually has no vision or strategy. it's all about keeping the job & taking shareholders for a ride until gets a new job offer.) - have technical skills to lead the team ? = zero (not at all)

Thank you for taking your time to provide us with your feedback. We apologize that your experience does not match your expectations of being an employer of choice. I do have one question though we currently do not have anyone with the tittle of Operations Manager. Maybe you are confused with what is your current job tittle or you have posted a review for the incorrect company in either case Diamond Wipes is committed to be a better place to work.

Knowing this is the worst company

Cons

Poor work-life balance, low pay, and poor leadership. Extremely high turnover rates. They fire employees without warning or reason. Company is actually hired too many employees and is downsizing now. Do Not apply for this company.
