Really can't think of any.

Cons

There was a lot of micromanagement (being constantly monitored for how quickly you're working) and also they didn't provide enough chairs for everyone, which caused some people to get really catty about the chairs. Long hours, and a lot of peer pressure to not take your lunch break until after a certain point in the process had been completed, which often wasn't until 4pm or so.

Good salary, good pay company wants you to pay for everything and get reimbursed which is a pain. Good people overall.

Cons

Not enough test diversity. You will be stuck will a shipping model which doesn’t work well in certain states. Long term reps take priority however different markets makes things a lot harder.
