After getting my guarantee of working there, they decided to let me go due to my lack of experience. They did not tell me that I was on probation until the last minute.

Interesting science, but a many steps behind other RNAi companies People generally nice Good Benefits

Poor Management Departure of executives unexplained Management lacks skills to grow company. It takes they to long to change the company strategy to adapt to changes. (ie runs a programs then stops, then runs the same program then stops using value cash resources) Limited Partnerships or successful BD at the company, I felt this reduced my job secured.

Pros

One of the best players in the pharma industry. Dicerna has been very successful at hiring very diverse and performant professionals. As a result, all associates are highly engaged, and open for collaboration. There is a strong sense of achievement, taking the innovation further, and launching successful products. Dicerna, as probably other pharma companies out there, are offering great benefits, and great life-work balancing support.
