Very stiffled hierarchy Inacurately deffined technical roles Becoming a senior is impossible because there is a group of emplyees working there for ten years or more who behave as a clan of gatekeepers and additionaly gaslight coleagues. If you want to make progress in this company you need to sweet talk to these above mentioned "keepers of the fire". Techical competence is not enough. For example, technical team lead is not a tecnical role, what a maddness. Frigtened developers gathered from around the globe work long hours obviously scared for their job. Managers are passive aggresive. Constant useless meetings overwhelmed with bureaucracy. Feeling that someone is always monitors you. Very unplesent, never experienced something like this in my ten years long career.
