      Pros

      it is quite localized although it is a chinese company. The culture is very people focused and warm. Company is investing heaviliy in LaTam.

      Cons

      Depends on the buiness and regions, the competition outlook varies. The work pressure also differs a lot. In general, the total reward is good, but for certain roles under the competition, the pay is lower.
