Pros
1. You get to build and own things, be it product, algorithms or strategies. 2. You work with a team that punches way above its weight. 3. There is no “that’s not my job” mindset, if something needs doing, you roll up your sleeves and do it.
Cons
1. It’s not a 9-to-5 place. You have to be self-driven and comfortable with constant change. 2. Priorities shift fast - you need to think on your feet and adapt without losing momentum. 3. The pace can be relentless, and you’ll often find yourself juggling multiple roles. But that’s the nature of building from scratch.

If you work hard and are competent, the growth opportunities are really good. It's exallyt what you would expect from a good startup. Pretty open culture with a heavy drive and focus on growing and scaling fast.
Cons
Only for self driven folks.
