A place to work, but not a place you want to work, as others have said.
Cons
It’s all true, just what the other reviews are saying. Colleagues are cliquey, and they do project their insecurities a lot. They also spend an insane amount of time gossiping about former colleagues, it’s horrible. It reflects boredom, jealousy and insecurity which are really bad traits to have. Management rely on consistent manipulation and gaslighting. All this creates a very toxic environment.
Not a place you ever want to work.
Cliquey colleagues who project their insecurities. Gaslighting and narcissistic leadership that lacks accountability. Often the narrative is flipped, ‘blame’ is shifted and this leads to a culture where respect is neither given or earned.
The amount of time spent gossiping about previous colleagues is alarming.
