      Pros

      Lots of overtime. 10 hours of overtime are mandated per week.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Toxic management. Low-experienced management that will blame employees for mistakes. Favoritism from management to certain employees. Terrible job planning. Cuts corners on costs for correct equipment and parts for jobs. Will force employees to "figure it out" when they make mistakes. Bad install and maintenance techniques. Will lie to clients about product capabilities and expect technicians to smooth the situation over with clients. You will be ostracized by the employee "clicks" if you don't fit their ideological views. Some of these employees are friends with upper management and will have their ears about you.

      Opportunities for (forced) overtime are plenty

      I was asked to lead a project with no compensation or company vehicle so I had to use my own vehicle. All of my tools were stolen out of the vehicle and I was made to pay for it by the company due to their negligence to provide a proper project lead vehicle. They also preach security but then had a huge employee data leak and I’ve had so many fraudulent credit applications in my name and scam calls and texts that haven’t stopped after 4 years. They offered a year of identity protection that didn’t do a thing. Do not waste your time with this company, they don’t care about you as a person and will continue to ruin your life well after you’ve left the company.

      Company has great capabilities. Can offer many things and very quickly to help people with their security needs.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Stay away. They burn through industry professionals just to take the opportunities you created for themselves.
