Pros
Working on contract is fine, rates can be reasonable at times. Huntsville office is totally fine. Flexible if you have a very irregular schedule
Cons
Internal office is a disaster. Some members of this team really do try to perform, but extremely over inflated egos and those at the top trying to feel important makes the MD office a genuinely awful place to work. You will not be appreciated by the owner and being spoken down to becomes a daily occurrence very quickly. As previously stated, Many people do try to be professional here, but more likely than not, this company will be based around the success of the Huntsville team before 2020.
