Pros

Perfect for entry level positions. Freedom for experimentation on platforms. Non technical clients. Zomato Swiggy at doorstep. Free car parking. Good entry level increments. Good ground to play cricket. Menstrual leave. TT available. Nice New Year party. Moonlighting rewarded with international trips.

Cons

Local D2C clients. Low ad spends Limited to majorly meta ads. Not for mid to senior level professionals. Growth limited due to employee favoritism & limited accounts. Non technical clients. No upskill program. No canteen.

Pros

• Fast-paced environment with steep learning curves and rapid career growth. • Exposure to top global brands across footwear, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more. • Clear focus on performance-driven marketing, so your work directly impacts client revenue.

Cons

The pace is very fast, so you need to be proactive and adaptable — but it ensures you learn more in a year than elsewhere in three. • High expectations from leadership can feel demanding — but it pushes you to deliver your best work and grow faster. • The company is scaling rapidly, so processes are always evolving — which means lots of room to contribute and shape the future structure. • Because clients expect strong results, the environment is performance-driven — which ensures your efforts directly translate into visible impact. • With multiple global offices and categories, communication can be intense — but it gives you true international exposure. • Work can get challenging at times — but hard work is always recognized and rewarded here.
