Pros
You work closely with VP and at times the Founder/CEO. Very close nit office as there are only a few employees, company really takes pride in the office and making sure you have what you need to do your job. Office location has a gorgeous view! Amazing benefits, and they pay extremely well.
Cons
Very controlled environment.. Every email is monitored, and has to be approved by upper management before sending to customer or client. Office rules are a tad strict and there isn't much talking done unless you are in a meeting, or at lunch. You are crammed in an office that was made into cubes and seats 3 people. You don't sit with anyone that does the same job as you, so you have to call or get up and go to that persons area.
