      Work from home option with 12 hours minimum

      Cons

      All are fake reviews , given by company . Don't join company. Minimum 12 hours working, Managements directly call on mid nights and weekends also. Management behaves very rudely. It's basic service based company. no career growth No Salary hike. Company bid in upwork to get the projects . No proper/regular clients. Company can fire any time without reason

      You won't get bored because you need to think about work 24/7 & Even if you forgot some time in weekend's or midnight you will get a calls messages or whats app or directly

      Cons

      You will be forced to do the things which you don't like, Even its bad way of doing and even its not the right way to do the things You will loose your self, There is no peace of mind by doing it No professionalism, Always yelling & Arguments in the meetings No personal life You will get a calls on whats app from CEO in midnight & Sunday's about work
