Pros

Great environment to work in. The people are great and the dress code is casual! Management is not overbearing in the sense that they sit in their office and don't like to be bothered, it's an open door policy.

Cons

It can be hard to see a future with the company beyond your hired position. There isn't room to "move up the ladder" which can be discouraging. The pay is also not competitive for the amount of work and travel you will do.

Good People, Poor Decisions

Pros

For the most part the people that work for Digital Ally are good people and made working there enjoyable.

Cons

Most of the decisions made by the company's leadership were not the greatest. Lack of trust, benefits that were average, and poor understanding of how to effectively manage professionals. It sometimes felt like I was still in high school being "told" what I could and could not do instead of being able to use my professional skills.
