The base pay is too low to live on. The first 6 months you’re on base and then after that, you’re expected to go 100% commission. If you quit within the first two years, you have to pay them money back for training. They do not pay for your gas and you drive your own car and pay for your own insurance. There’s no supplemental insurance. After the 6 months, you also have to pay your phone bill. You are a W2 employee and therefore, cannot write anything off on your taxes either. You get a lot of complaints about the cameras not working. Management is not transparent or honest with the employees. They give you false hope and expectations about how much money you can make. They are not open about any changes going on within the company either. Training is also not thorough and could be a lot better. They are a family owned company which can be a conflict of interest when HR is the daughter of the owner.
