      Nice work from home, but very nitpicky rules

      Pros

      Nice work from home job. I was very hopeful and still had a spark in my eyes when I started.

      Cons

      They misspelled my name on my equipment return email and they wanna get on me for using past tense oof. They’re very nit-picky. Everything has to be in a particular formula. A lot of stuff is piled onto you on training week. They tell you to ask questions, but when you do, they delivered it in such a way that makes you feel small.

      There were many great people to work with Great environment cool jobs

      Cons

      Middle management really ruined my experience unfortunately. I was dreading coming into work. Upper management was cool though, and I really enjoyed my interactions with them.
