It pays well good benefits but that’s about it after the new ceo/president came aboard.

Cons

Micro management they changed for the worse! Use to be a great place the the new CEO slowly but sourly changed everything. Instead of operating like a credit union she operates like a bank! So much favoritism it’s ridiculous. They promote the most not qualified candidates for managers. They violent the American disabilities act a lot. They are going to chins themselves in trouble! Do you even know Dcu is the highest in fraud happening and you don’t care!!!

Honestly there are no pros, you are gaslit into thinking there is.

Cons

Where do I begin? Long hours, terrible work-life balance, outdated systems and procedures, complicated processes and procedures and it makes everything a difficult process for their members, high turnarounds, conflicting information from staff, no one seems to be on the same page, delays, super busy all the time, not enough time or staff to get to everyone, Saturdays are chaotic, no accountability, drama and gossip, fake people, and my favorite, one slight inconvenience and immediately get reported and in trouble with HR. Very manipulative and will gaslight you into thinking you are the wrong one for calling out issues, problems and flaws occurring in branch. And by far the number one thing demonstrated by few staff members, not all, disrespect. Disrespect for management from a few employees. All of this is not worth the paycheck, you will go insane. You’re just supposed to shut up and do your job.

Great people to work with all around. DCU offers a fair amount of PTO. There is great leadership in place for the teams.

Cons

Pay isn't the greatest compare to what the market suggest. Hybrid work environment but most remote.
