DFP began a major reorganisation in March 2020 and out of the process came a more experienced and hard working team that have shaped and defined a meaningful product suite and value proposition. These are exciting times for the business, and for me especially, being in marketing, it's great to be a part of it.
Being part of a team who are very highly qualified in their fields, and have a depth of experience, is a joy!
Investment in people, processes, tech and welfare are strongly in evidence, and with these 'rights' we all sign up to our 'responsibilities' - hard work being at the top of the list!
Cons
Sometimes there's not enough hours in the day!
We, like all tech companies, experience team resource shortfalls which impact on our ability to meet our roadmap demands - but that could be seen as a nice problem to have. This issue is mostly to do with the recruitment process and the investment in time that takes! And alas, that process is not as successful as we'd hoped.
