Pros
Hybrid work. Company gives me the tools to work remotely, including a company Mac. Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO). Good compensation with occasional bonuses. Direct contact to owners. Excellent work-life balance.
Cons
It's a small company, so moving up takes time. Sometimes job role can shift or be asked to take on things there's no other department for.
