      Everyone can see this company is a sinking ship and a lot of people are quitting or thinking of quitting. I would advise finding another place to work.

      There is none that comes to mind.

      Cons

      Leadership is not open to new ideas. The pay is below average to what other companies are paying. There is no room for growth. There's no transparency and very little collaboration between teams.

      - president doesn’t communicate with employees - company does does not provide any feedback or affirmative action - they have no idea what they are doing nor what they and do not share any feedback with staff -blind leading the blind
