Pros

Fair salaries, work benefits and growth - if you have the right boss.

Cons

Very high staff turnover. Always restructuring. Poor systems - some are there just to tick boxes and aren't there to be followed.

Pros

Working at Digital Green has been a deeply meaningful experience. The organization’s mission to empower smallholder farmers through technology is reflected in the day-to-day work, and being part of that impact as a UX researcher was incredibly fulfilling. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and aligned with purpose, which made it easy to take ownership and grow. There’s a strong emphasis on learning — from field visits to cross-functional projects — and a flexible, empathetic work environment that respects work-life balance.

Cons

Did not have any complaints, only that talent recognition decision making can be improved.
