* Remote/Hybrid flexibility: Company provides a Laptop, Monitor and accesories for a WFH or hybrid from the 1st day. * Good baseline benefits: Decent health insurance, lot of PTO, standard 40-hour weeks, and a contract according Bolivian working laws. * Talented collaborators: All Developers, QAs, PMs, Administrative and IT staff are collaborative, and really fast solving problems. * Strong autonomy on small teams: Gives a real sense of ownership over specific task and features.

* Isolated leadership and inter-team communication gaps. * Management by firefighting: Leadership reactive rather than proactive. * Minimal mentorship: Seniors are usually too underwater fixing critical issues to properly mentor junior or mid-level staff.
