      here is no HR department and if you're not in the boys club (dedicating your life and liver to after hours) they won't listen. Majorly disappointed in this "growing" company.

      Freedom, helpful, (Mendy is awesome!), communication! This is my first sales job and I'm loving the process, the platform, momentum, great compensation, encouragement! etc

      Cons

      No cons unless you aren't disciplined! DigiKai Marketing allows you the freedom and compensation if you show up and do the work (make the phone calls and set appointments in my case!)
