      Pros

      The conservative office located in Addison is easy to get to from the Tollway. .

      Cons

      The management team is poor at DMS. It is not uncommon for management to ask people of one department to not communicate to those in another department. One manager in particular likes to isolate employees that do not share his religious or lifestyle beliefs. He will direct his team to withhold information from the isolated victim until they are no longer able to be effective.

      Pros

      Consistent and steady revenue stream with low client turnover - a low ceiling but with a high floor. Little bureaucracy and red tape as a product of being small and flexible.

      Cons

      Half of the employees have been there over a decade, which makes it difficult to break into the inner circle and truly feel part of the team. Sufficient emphasis is put on productivity and work product, but there is little accountability for slacking and poor performance.

      Small, family-like atmosphere. Solid finances. Solid client base. Pushing to remain relevant technologically.

      Cons

      Long tenure of some employees can lead to major resistance to change. Not very much room to move up in position or responsibility.
