The head management only cares about themselves. They nickel and dime every client they work with to pocket the profits themselves. They are very shady with their practices and tip toe around the truth to their employees and clients. Digital Media Solutions does not care about their employees at all, pay and benefits are poor. Employee retention rate is extremely low, very quick turnover. Also, there is no room to grow as an employee as all the head positions are pretty much set in stone.

The only thing stopping people from leaving is a global pandemic. The moment other companies begin hiring, DMS will not be able to keep up with the turnaround. Upper management leveraged COVID19 to cut pay and benefits of their employees, including those that routinely produce the most revenue. They will routinely fail to pay vendors, clients, etc. while keeping you in the dark. The higher ups will give incredibly high goals with zero reward. If you fail to meet these goals, you are punished; if you succeed, nothing happens other than next month's goal increases. There have even been times they move the goal post. All criticism is met with scorn. They have a propensity of passing over the larger revenue producers for people that simply feed into their echo chamber. They are also easily the most unorganized company I have worked at during my 20+ years in the business.
