Flat employee career trajectory Least bothered about employee welfare Least recognition for the real talent Worst of all, employees toil for hours during peak days and the employer refuses to pay what the employees truly deserve. - Only 20% of the employee's work will be audited internally and will be paid based on that. - Whatever the quality the employee maintains, in order to refuse the payment he/she deserves, employer cherry-picks the Top 20% worst files for audit - 100% of the good work done goes in vain within the rest of the 80% that's left unaudited.
