Overall uncomfortable place, low pay, but I needed a job at the time, management/expectations were unclear (I explicitly ask for feedback during one on ones, was told I was doing fine, then let go the next week along with several other employees on the same day), any discussion of "politics" is silenced, tipping point for me was when someone shared their screen during a meeting while accidentally showing a blackface image and the incident went completely unaddressed (you can see how diverse the team is directly on their site)
