      Pros

      I would’ve never thought that a three month contract would turn into a one-year relationship of one of the biggest retailers in the United States. I am so blessed to have been presented with this opportunity. The weekly pay has been amazing and convenient as a mom of two young children. It gives me the agility and flexibility to live comfortably, and the team has been responsive and supportive along the way.

      Pros

      *Paid, indoor parking in a downtown location *Commission *Location *The Digital People team is probably the best in the entire company. Most genuine group of people that you'll work with.

      Cons

      *Parent company Atterro/ Advantage lack skill to properly address workplace issues as they arise *Probably the worst HR experience I've ever had *Not really sure what the internal "marketing" team does with their time because both digital and print material need a super refresh/update..
