      Pros

      The pay and benefits were standard or on par with many other companies. You will learn quickly with a wide range of clients/systems.

      Cons

      This was the worst place I have been employed in my career. Toxic owner on top of the already extremely stressful workload. Things that occurred here would not be tolerated in a professional environment. Ignore this warning at your own risk...

      Pros

      Exposure to new technologies - I have never worked somewhere with access to as many different technologies as here. it gives the ability to learn about all aspects of IT so you are not restricted to a single technology or area of expertise. Compensation is above what others are offering in the same area for similar roles

      Cons

      High stress environment - dealing with competing needs of dozens of clients requires organization skills and a strong ability to assess and prioritize based on urgency. Also the company is currently growing so the typical "growing pains" when any company expands

      Currently the company is actively looking for more support engineers. Sometimes it gets too busy.
