Pros

I took a break from the company for a few years and came back with a sense of renewed vigor. The areas DS was once weak in have been improved. It’s clear that the company thrives to be better with each action. The place is a haven for intelligent people. I’m talking brilliant. In fact everyone constantly speak about how smart everyone is at there respective roles and skills sets. I’ve even heard people leave the job because they feel incompetent. The work product is world class and the vision and goals are continuously getting updated with clarity.

Cons

Nothing is ever perfect. But you can see and feel that they consistently try to improve. Let people solve their own problems. Senior management shouldn’t be expected to jump in an fix everything all the time.

I had the most amazing experience at Digital Surgeons. I learned more than I could ever have imagined, and I can’t express enough just how much my time here is the reason I’m so successful today.

Cons

The hours are long. No one here has a “clock out” mentality.
