Supportive and collaborative team culture Flexible work schedule that allows for a great work-life balance Nick (our boss) is patient, approachable, and always there when we need him Clear communication and strong leadership Positive environment where people feel valued

Cons

Honestly, I can’t think of any major downsides. Like anywhere, some days can be busy, but the support from the team makes it manageable.
