Pros

-Flexible work; -Hybrid/Remote work environment even before the pandemic; -Lots of resources for advancing in your career; -You can start with no experience; -Inclusive workspace.

Cons

-Toxic management behavior; -The lower management was micromanaging everyone and was taking credit for the work of others. She didn't know how to assume her mistakes and blamed her team for the decisions she was inforcing even though I personally told her when a strategy was not alright to follow; She tended to say "I know better, I am the manager", even though she had no experience prior working in this domain"; She also used to portrait the CEO as the "bad wolf" only to keep the employees on their tip-toes. On top of that, she used to call you on Zoom out of nowhere and scold you if you weren't answering right away. Doesn't matter if you were in your bathroom break, she would have joked by saying "There is no time for that, we have to work work work". -I received multiple projects as junior, I even coordinated people and all I was promised was that I would be promoted eventually but nothing after months of waiting, so I had to quit; -Due to a high level of stress I developed a medical condition during that time. They were also monitoring you through an app that takes screenshots every 10 minutes to ensure the client that you are indeed working, which I consider counter-productive. -There isn't a lot of stability in the workflow; -You had an evaluation every 3 months for a salary raise but surprisingly they would have found a way, after the 1st raise, to not give you another one even if you were handling 10 clients at once. -And the salary was low.

Pros

Being able to work remotely Talented, dedicated and overall nice colleagues Inclusion & diversity as top values

Cons

Toxic environment Working beside emotionally immature managers (although they were very social individuals, I found the young people in leading positions to lack genuine people skills) No real career growth opportunities Everyday pressure with working under surveillance that can leave you feeling unworthy and paranoid Unrealistic expectations from employees given the fact that there is no actual training or strategic plan communication on how the business should operate Poor leadership and poor control from management side that often led to finger pointing at employees with no emphasis on finding a solution Focus on the quantity rather than the quality of the content One single person in charge of both HR and recruitment No mental health program
