Tech driven IMO focused on creating and maintaining good lead sources for agents.

Cons

Lacking stability as a company. Constantly making organizational changes that affect agent's income with little notice. Their operational decisions literally change from week to week. So, you will get notified about a change one week only to have it reversed the next week.

You're with a sales manager that works to develop your skills and keeps you accountable. They're patient with you as long as you're putting in the work. It's a fun, highly motivated sales culture. I'm 5 months in and earning around $6,500/mo but can see myself hitting six figures within the next few months. All I'm working is TV Inbound Calls.

Cons

Traffic leaving the office is horrible if you don't live local. They won't let you work from home.
