Pros
Flexible Working hours since they follow Australian time so I would start my shift at 6 am and be out by 3 pm. perfect time to avoid traffic. Accessible Office with a chill environment The People! Everyone's nice, Friendly, and easy to ask for help from.
Cons
Really couldn't think of any, as I only got to work with them for 3 months before the pandemic hit. Although I was made redundant, they offered to compensate me which I was able to use during the lockdown.
