Not at all a healthy environment to work in.

Pros

Not even one I found, apart from the coffee machine, it made good coffee.

Cons

It's really a good place for ending your desire to work in the corporates. The environment so non-cogenial, they you don't wven have the freedom to think or even have your own ideas. One's ideas are restricted just yo the office of the CEO, who tries just to cut down to creativity and employ living computers working as per his commands. He tries to micromanage manage everything, no body is on it's own. In a digital marketing organization, one needs to think out of the box everytime, but how could you when the supervisor wants you to think as small as you can. All he cares of his billables and not the people who are getting him those. Not even days passes by with him criticising an employee for using his creativity, no matter good or bad. Not at all a structured work culture. No freedom of thoughts. No work recognition. This organisation is just one guy trying to control everything and at the same time failing at the needs of its very foundation, the employees. Also, after the office hours are done, the employees are not free to live their own lives. It's like their life is now to live as per the CEOs instructions.

Pros

I am Stuck, Not at all a place to work.

Cons

-It's a digital marketing agency with no original new ideas. They just give reference to copy and create something out it. - Salary is always late by a few days, and what i have heard is they don't pay most of the people who leave or they fire ( they purposely do that around the salary date ) - a small team of 3 people, Me ( Designer ), 1 developer, 1 SE0 and one manager, she takes care of all the things, design, content, strategy, HR, Finance, Client's, Web development and what not. - Office environment is to dull and unorganized. - Management has no clue how to manage the little work they have, no external clients so far. - Looking for options , will run away asap and my advice don't join here.

Pros

It's a growing start-up, so you get to involve into more than just one profile. I got to work directly with the clients and with company's CEO. It's learning is helping me in my current job as well.

Cons

Not much. A lil more process will help.
