Pros

Initially, I was extremely impressed. The recruiter was pleasant. The hiring process was seamless. Any equipment provided was top-notch.

Cons

The training was a different story. I experienced burnout from my most recent position, as it was directly connected to social services and public health. I took five months off in order to recharge. In addition, I am also in my 40's, so I have to ask a few more questions than I used to. With both factors at play, I suppose the pace of the training was a little faster than I was prepared for. Strangely however, this was not the deal breaker for me. It was the tone detected when I would ask my trainer questions; that is what ultimately led me to resign during my second week. When I consider all the things I have accomplished in my career, and all the trainings along the way. I should not be made to feel bad if I need something explained further.

Pros

You know what to expect everyday. Benefits.

Cons

Management is horrible Toxic environment Unrealistic expectations Rules constantly change and everyone is always confused. Training is like boot camp except they are not actually teaching half of what you should be learning. You really learn as you go once you start. They only hire poc to do the dirty work.

Pros

Easy work, early shift, no meetings ever

Cons

Condescending Management, Training sucks, Blackout Calendar for PTO and Seniority Over-rules your PTO request (no exceptions even for medical appts), NO emergency time off, No day after Thanksgiving off, no family/work life balance, points for calling in for emergencies, no annual evaluations so no raises. All around the worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

The job itself is straightforward and will be easy to pick up. The department i worked in did not have micromanagement and the team was pretty solid. The workload is manageable and training is hands-on. Work-life balance is very good.

Cons

Advancement is not based on merit, instead it’s based entirely on if management likes you or not. Raises and reviews are not based on any review process and if you don’t email your direct supervisor to initiate that process it will never happen. Lunch is not paid for as that cost the company too much money so they removed that for new employees. Make sure to keep your emails and to always reach out to your supervisor if something doesn’t seem right, it’ll save you in the long run if blame needs to be assigned, because if standard operating procedure changes you’ll want to make sure you have proof that they never notified you.

Pros

They do care about their employees, benefits are decent and PTO is sufficient

Cons

Employees need more supervisors, more training when switching clients. More communication from higher level management to employees working remotely.

Lack of Training

Pros

Pay was at okay and it’s remote.

Cons

The training was awful. Two weeks is not enough time to learn everything. After that, the place just throws you in with preparing you at all. Questions go to unanswered and you feel unsupported.

Pros

The co-workers are excellent but they seek to promote inside while using outsiders to work backlog.

Cons

Management is rude and unprofessional. No training while providing no hands-on in their systems is a problem. I had to file a complaint over misguided job aid for abusing t 'at will laws' for working their bbacklogwhile training internal staffing. Don't work for this company. They are unethical practices and treat new people rudely.
