Pros

Great product, salary, benefits and coworkers.

Cons

I concur with last reviewer’s comments - all of it! Company lost some great people and leadership since mid-2021. It is a 10-year-old "start-up company". 1 thing you can always be sure of and that is changing directions every 6 months without any clear direction. Lack of any training programs for any new hire and must rely on current employees to do training as some existing leaders have no idea how the program works. It is a recipe for failure, throwing people in the ring without gloves. These training programs (when they decide to create) should include any executive joining the company so they can understand and know the product and how it works to properly lead their teams. Nothing gets accomplished, lack of processes, finger pointing and executive infighting. Who can puff their chest out further? Who can yell louder, belittle, and disrespect the other better? Marketing - wait, what marketing??? Nepotism Toxic, micromanaging, foul mouthed, unprofessional, and full of themselves leadership (not all, just some top execs that spoil the whole pot!). Bullies do not make great leaders; they instill fear, reduce excitement and positivity, which has a negative effect on success and its employees - that is, those employees left. Some leaders do not recall their required harassment training or all that falls under harassment… HR has too much focus on being all inclusive and trying to be in tune with all the social issues when they should be focusing on creating an environment of respect, appreciation, value and adding training programs to help drive success and look at ways to reel in the bad leadership and make them accountable for their actions.

Pros

I have the BEST boss anyone can ask for. Not only is he/she easy to talk to about life, love, stress an setbacks but they are also very smart and know when to knuckle down! You can get all the advice and help you need from anyone in management and they will always lend the helping hand. Not only is management great but so is EVERYONE else in the office. If there is a problem, we address it. A lot of open communication here! The product is great! It helps businesses and consumers alike!

Cons

There's just ONE really loud person...she knows it, shes mindful of it....she tries... There's surprises we all love and wish can fix but sometimes we can't but moving forward shows your courage and determination to make things better.

Pros

Great business model. Good idea.

Cons

HR is over the top with current social issues. Put on a great outward face they care about their employees. However, they allow executive sales leadership to run unchecked, manage by fear, say one thing and do another. Completely untrustworthy. Are incapable of completing a full intelligent sentence without it being profanity laced. They step out of their trailer into a meeting, yell and scream profanity, then retreat back into their hole offering no assistance. It's the least professionally run sales organization I've ever experienced. All the C level executives have left the company along with other long term strategic people for no apparent reason other than to exit the toxic work environment. Ignorant and bad sales leadership will continue to turnover good people and hold the company back.
