I started my career with DD in 2013, i was like just any other raw college graduate with no exposure to company culture. Initially I had been given to what we call the bird eye view. I had quite a flexibility in terms of the work I wanted to get a taste of. Gradually as my understanding about the team structure and verticals grew better, I got more and more opportunities to take ownership of the projects coming our way. This proved to be boon in terms of getting hands on with things and setting my pysche right for future challenges. The whole work environment was healthy and I got unwavering support from mentors (Dhawal and Rishi) at every turn. As an employee, i never felt out of place. 1. I used to work at times before office hours and after hours 2.   respect - being the only female in office during my tenure i got all respect and care in terms of behavior and safety of an employee 3.   Salary on time no delays 4.   Special privileges to take off when needed in case of emergency 5.   Allotted work from home by adhering to work 6.   CTO pushes you for lifting up you in your career in every possible way 7.   You get chance to explore different verticals of industry if you are willing to do so

DD provides you with an environment that nurtures growth if you are up for it. The co-workers are friendly and helpful. The office location is convenient and the work is competitive and challenging (at times). The teams are supportive and the leadership will let you explore different job areas if you are interested. My last company did not pay on time. DD always paid salary on time. It has been a good learning experience for me and helped me get to my next job.
