-No true leadership. Company directed by a “consultant” who has been there over 10 years - No innovation, no focus on employee experience - The board makes all decisions and they don’t care about the people. They never showed appreciation for the people doing their collecting. Down to a Christmas bonus that they would never increase past $50 🤣😂 - they can’t keep a “director” - Low wages, oh wait…your increase is .15 this year…but the people you collect for get big bonuses from the work you did
