Pros
Nothing. This company services a pathology practice and lab and is the most status quo company ever.
Cons
-No true leadership. Company directed by a “consultant” who has been there over 10 years - No innovation, no focus on employee experience - The board makes all decisions and they don’t care about the people. They never showed appreciation for the people doing their collecting. Down to a Christmas bonus that they would never increase past $50 🤣😂 - they can’t keep a “director” - Low wages, oh wait…your increase is .15 this year…but the people you collect for get big bonuses from the work you did

Pros
Family oriented healthcare environment. Good hours and flexible schedules. Lots of food and events. Co-workers were always willing to lend a hand.
Cons
No growth within the company. They are pretty stagnant in processes and the managers are not innovative and pretty unseen. The “board” is unseen and we are working for them! It never feels as if we are appreciated by the people we work for. Silence speaks volumes. This company could be so much more than it is. The fact that they will not grow their business keeps the potential for employees low.
