- Strong bonding within the team - Fun socials - The office building is massive and has decent amenities - Hours are quite reasonable

Cons

- Pay is minimal - Customers you speak to can be rude/hurtful - Your time is very closely monitored, to the point of toilet breaks being monitored. If you spend too much time, you will have to make it back!
